When registering on 365jl, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365jl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 365jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 365jl immediately via the contact details provided in Section 15 of these Terms.
365jl may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include the submission of government-issued identification documents, proof of address , and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete the KYC process within the timeframe specified by 365jl may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
365jl supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits made to your 365jl account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 365jl reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

All games available on the 365jl Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including 365jl itself. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each game on the Platform are accurate representations of the game's long-term theoretical payout rate.
The result of each game round on the 365jl Platform is final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the 365jl server, the server record shall prevail. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must contact 365jl support within 72 hours of the disputed round.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, 365jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. 365jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager amount.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, the forfeiture of any balance held therein, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 365jl Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
365jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 365jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The 365jl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 365jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
365jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your account, any balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonuses and any amounts subject to investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
